Mission
To empower medical learners, especially incoming students, with a strong, practical foundation in key Pre-Clerkship concepts and skills. Through accessible and engaging formats, we aim to demystify the learning process- whether in Problem-Based Learning (PBL), clinical reasoning, or foundational science- so students can thrive academically and grow into thoughtful, lifelong learners and clinicians.
Vision
We envision a generation of medical learners, students, tutors, and educators alike, who embrace Pre-Clerkship education as a foundation for clinical excellence. Through this initiative, we aim to deepen understanding of learner-centred approaches like PBL, while also fostering the habits of self-direction, collaboration, and clinical reasoning that prepare students to thrive in any setting.

Values
1. Student Empowerment
We believe that students are not just participants but leaders in their learning. This project is rooted in the belief that learners deserve clear, honest tools to take ownership of their education.
2. Practical Clinical Growth
Everything we teach is grounded in the ultimate goal: preparing learners to think critically and care compassionately as clinicians.
3. Transparency in Learning
We lift the curtain on how PBL really works, the unspoken rules, mindsets, and skills, so no one feels lost or left behind.
4. Collaboration Across Roles
From student to tutor to clinician, every voice matters. We celebrate the richness that comes from learning across experience levels.
5. Depth and Curiosity
We go beyond "just enough to get by." We explore the deeper "why" behind each element of PBL, encouraging curiosity, reflection, and growth.
